Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Service Assistant with a strong service orientation to maintain cleanliness, order, and stocking of the service line while promptly attending to diners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and order in facilities and equipment. 2. Prepare and stock the service line, attending to diners. 3. Collaborate with the cafeteria team on various support tasks. If you are a passionate individual with high standards for cleanliness and a strong service and customer orientation. **Responsibilities** * Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen utensils, facilities, and cafeteria equipment. * Stock sugar bowls, sugar dispensers, napkin holders, condiments, tea, coffee, glasses (for water, soup, and milk), juice dispensers, bread, etc. * Prepare the service line by supplying all necessary utensils for serving diners; additionally, replenish these utensils and line lunchboxes as frequently and rapidly as required. * Serve diners at the line promptly; respond to their requests, portion meals according to established gram weights, and plate them following a defined model. * Use work utensils correctly: equipment within your work area, cleaning agents, and disinfectants. * Transport tray carts, collect trays, and remove plates from trays, discarding all waste found on these items. * Wash and dry tableware, glassware, cutlery, and trays, ensuring no food residue remains. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area throughout your shift. * Perform other ancillary tasks as needed and as directed by your supervisor, supporting the entire cafeteria team. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in this or similar roles is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 1–2 years of experience in similar positions within food service companies. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top global food service companies.
