The incumbent will support logistical and administrative processes in the Procurement Department, contributing to the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and supplies. This position plays a key role in operational continuity, ensuring timely and efficient service to various organizational departments. * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * At least 1 year of experience in procurement and/or logistics areas. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of logistical processes and warehouse operations. * Experience with inventory management systems is desirable. * Receive, safeguard, and dispatch materials and supplies, keeping system inventory records up to date. * Carry out distribution-related logistical activities, issue delivery vouchers, and track orders. * Maintain stock control and manage timely replenishments with suppliers. * Support logistical requirements across various organizational departments. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the department, including support for the accounting center. ***This job posting falls under Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion, actively promoting the employment of persons with disabilities on an equal basis.*** Salary: $400,000 – $500,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
