Our **Premium Automotive** team is seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to join the **Porsche Aftersales** department, supporting supply management, storage, and delivery of spare parts required for workshop operations and customer service. This position will be responsible for ensuring correct identification, availability, preparation, and registration of parts, as well as supporting the spare parts counter and generating complementary sales opportunities, all while meeting operational and service standards defined by the brand. **Your Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations for spare parts required by workshops and customers. * Execute requisition, picking, preparation, and delivery of spare parts. * Receive goods and record them into inventory. * Conduct inventory counts of spare parts and supplies stored in the warehouse. * Review Porsche catalogs to identify appropriate parts according to vehicle model. * Verify part availability in Bólido. * Load spare parts onto work orders and retrieve them as required. * Respond to spare parts requests from workshop technicians. * Support spare parts counter operations and customer service. * Prepare and manage dispatch or delivery of products sold through various channels. * Contact and prospect potential customers via telephone or digital channels to generate complementary sales opportunities. * Comply with standards, procedures, and guidelines established by Inchcape and Porsche. * Maintain up-to-date completion of mandatory training courses provided by Inchcape and Porsche. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed secondary education or training related to Logistics, Automotive Mechanics, Administration, or similar fields. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally in warehousing, spare parts, inventory, picking, or dispatch functions. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support requirements from technicians, internal customers, and external customers. * Ability to work in an organized, rigorous, and collaborative manner. **Vacancy Information:** * **Manager:** Aftersales Manager * **Work Location:** Lo Barnechea. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to do so alongside us.
