The Assistant must support food handling and preparation tasks specific to cafeteria services, contributing to service efficiency according to the organization's defined standards of quality, safety, and risk prevention, while also ensuring compliance with the commercial contract with the client. REQUIREMENTS * High school graduate (4th year completed) * 1 year of prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant in mining (mandatory) or 1 year of prior experience in the same role in large cafeterias (mandatory). * Residence from Arica to Region II (mandatory) * Foreigners must hold permanent residency visa * Availability to work shift schedules * Health compatible with the position.
