We are seeking a **Geological Mapping Geologist A** for our candidate pool in the Tarapacá region. Responsible for executing technical tasks related to the Geology area to ensure optimal quality of services and contracts, within cost limits and appropriate safety standards in the sub-processes of Drillhole Logging. **Main Functions:** * Manage productivity drillhole logging, coordinating the start and completion activities of logging, ensuring their development meets established quality standards. * Prepare samples and request the Geologist A to perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), ensuring samples meet established quality standards. * Define the priority of sampling process activities, ensuring compliance with the established monthly planning. * Daily verify the quality of Safe Work Action Verification (VATS), reporting and managing the points raised during the Weekly Shift Start Meeting (RITUS) when assigned. * Check the status of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), material resources, and human resources required to perform duties, reporting replacement and renewal needs to supervisors, ensuring availability of necessary products for performing various area functions. * Perform geological, historical geological, hydrogeological, and geotechnical logging of Diamond (DDH) and Reverse Circulation (RC) drillholes, ensuring compliance with established safety regulations and requirements. * Provide technical support in preparing technical specifications for new tenders, contributing key information for their creation. **Requirements** * Geologist * 5 years of specific experience. * 7 years of general experience. * Health compatible with the position * High-altitude medical examination for sites above 3,000 meters above sea level **Position Conditions and Additional Benefits:** * **Work schedule:** 7x7 * **Contract duration:** Fixed term 2 months, 2 months, then indefinite. * Complementary health insurance and accident insurance. * Join a company certified by **Great Place to Work** * Performance-based incentives according to achieved goals * Birthday gift * Holiday celebrations
