KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Serve as the technical point of contact for the contract with the client. * Lead operational continuity of IT services and technology infrastructure. * Supervise operations of critical platforms and coordinate resolution of major incidents. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. * Lead incident, problem, change, and improvement management processes. * Coordinate Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical teams, vendors, and partner companies. * Manage technology projects, migrations, and implementation of new solutions. * Participate in operational committees and present management metrics. * Prepare executive reports and continuous improvement plans. * Manage technological risks and ensure service availability. * Administer resources, contracts, and budget associated with the service. REQUIREMENTS ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. ✔ Minimum **10 years of experience** in Information Technology. ✔ At least **5 years leading IT services**, infrastructure, or Service Delivery. ✔ Experience managing technology contracts and critical services. ✔ Experience in mining or industries operating 24x7\. ✔ Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. ✔ Experience managing vendors and clients. ✔ Valid Class B driver’s license. ✔ Willingness and ability to travel and visit mining sites when required by the service. ✔ Medical fitness compatible with high-altitude geographical work (where applicable). DESIRED ✔ ITIL Foundation v4 certification\. ✔ Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ\-104\). ✔ Microsoft 365 Administrator. ✔ Scrum Master certification. ✔ PMP certification or Project Management diploma. ✔ Microsoft Windows Server certifications. ✔ Cybersecurity certifications (Security\+, SC\-900 or similar). ✔ Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. ✔ Experience managing hybrid environments (On\-Premise / Cloud).
