Position: Reliability Engineer EMT – Rajo Inca Operation Position Purpose: Analyze and monitor process and equipment performance by tracking management indicators (KPIs), analyzing failure trends, and identifying deviations, generating actionable insights to support decision-making that optimizes work administration and ensures operational continuity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Conduct weekly performance meetings to monitor failure trends of loading equipment. Manage failure data for the loading equipment fleet. Analyze fleet downtime using prioritization charts. Generate weekly and monthly reliability analysis reports. Present key reliability analysis results during performance meetings. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Job Requirements Professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in reliability of loading equipment, earthmoving equipment (EMT), heavy machinery, or related areas. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. Knowledge of management tools and databases, e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, etc. SAP proficiency is desirable. Availability to work on a shift system.
