At **Mindco**, a company specialized in asset management, maintenance, and industrial reliability, we are seeking **Program Inspectors** to support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of maintenance activities at the **Caletones Smelter, El Teniente Division**. **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and manage **maintenance planning Gantt charts**. * Verify actual execution times on site and record deviations. * Generate progress reports, S-curves, and projections by shift and area. * Coordinate activities between planning, reliability, and operations. * Participate in technical analysis meetings and maintenance closeouts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Civil Engineer (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Construction). * **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in activity planning or project control, preferably in mining operations, with experience in Smelting Plants (minimum 3 years in Smelting Plants and/or Acid Plants). * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Project, Excel, and SAP PM/MM**, and good skills in computer tools. * Availability for on-site work in a **6x1, 12-hour shift schedule during general maintenance**. * Availability for **on-site work at the mine site** (Rancagua or nearby areas).
