Job Summary: Sigma S.A. is seeking a Technical Office Assistant to support the Office Head in scheduling, construction project control, and mining-industrial project processes, ensuring compliance and risk identification. Contribution to identifying and reporting deficiencies and deviations Sigma S.A. requires a professional for the position of Technical Office Assistant for a project, with permanent on-site presence. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support and report to the Technical Office Head regarding construction project scheduling and control, preferably for mining-industrial projects. * Support auditing and controlling adherence to the overall construction schedule, detecting and alerting delays and risks to the project master schedule. * Support the Technical Office Head in fulfilling area-related project processes. * Support preparation of information required for delivery to internal or external clients. * Generate purchase order confirmations, requesting corresponding documentation. * Prepare a comprehensive project close-out summary, presenting it to respective stakeholders. * Contribute to and support detection and reporting of deficiencies, deviations, or inconsistencies among project disciplines. **Requirements:** * Higher technical diploma or executive engineer degree, e.g., construction technician, civil construction technician, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Office Assistant, ideally in Fire Protection Systems projects. * Shift: 7X7 * Project Start: JUNE At Sigma S.A., we support diversity and inclusion and firmly believe that diverse teams enrich our culture and drive us to become better.
