Job Summary: We are seeking an Inspection Coordinator to lead end-to-end management, international coordination, and client engagement for mining contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of inspections at domestic and international factories. 2. End-to-end management and timely execution of mining contracts. 3. Direct interaction with clients and suppliers, with advanced English proficiency. We are currently recruiting 1 Inspection Coordinator for domestic and international factories to join immediately a key contract in the mining industry. Location: Santiago (not exclusive; 80% remote work). Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. This position requires a candidate capable of end-to-end management, international coordination, and direct client contact. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (read carefully) ✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience as an inspection coordinator in factory settings ✔ Experience in international environments (highly valued) ✔ 100% availability ✔ Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) ✔ Strong planning, monitoring, and deadline adherence capabilities ✔ Experience interacting with demanding clients (mining industry preferred) Responsibilities: * Coordinate inspections at domestic and international factories * Ensure compliance with the contract’s Technical Specifications * Manage service delivery and guarantee report submission deadlines * Provide and coordinate necessary resources for inspectors * Serve as the liaison between clients, suppliers, and inspectors * Supervise visit scheduling and purchase orders * Participate weekly in contractual meetings with the client (online or in-person) * Manage translation (where applicable) of inspection reports not originally in Spanish * Report progress, deviations, and service status
