Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and generate equal opportunities for all individuals, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this vacancy falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to join the best place to develop your talents!** **Job Purpose:** Execute, analyze, and monitor activities related to people services, logistics, supplies, materials, and minor infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service levels, safety indicators, costs, and quality, thereby contributing to operational continuity and internal customer satisfaction, in accordance with divisional and corporate standards and procedures, while ensuring adherence to—and enforcement of—Divisional and Corporate policies, standards, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control people services and logistics, ensuring compliance with defined operational standards. * Develop performance KPIs for monitoring and controlling services, generating reliable information for area management. * Manage procurement and acquisition of materials, warehouse operations, and inventory control, ensuring timely availability of resources for operations. * Implement projects related to services and infrastructure—from profile engineering through commissioning—in accordance with defined requirements. * Develop technical specifications, budgets, and supporting documentation for service tendering and contracting processes. * Review and validate supplier performance in coordination with the Divisional Services and Supplies unit, verifying compliance with agreed-upon services and defined standards. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in people services, operational logistics, minor infrastructure, contract management, supplier management, and inventory management in mining. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Proficiency in SAP and MS Office. * Health compatible with the position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or diploma related to the job responsibilities. * At least 2 years’ experience managing service contracts in mining. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual position title: Engineer. * Work location: Chuquicamata Division. * Working schedule: Monday to Thursday. * Number of vacancies: 01\. **Application Deadline: Tuesday, 30 June 2026\.** Application closing time: 23:59 hrs. “I hereby declare that I am aware of the conditions—per Codelco regulations—that may constitute an incompatibility for holding the position to which I am applying and, consequently, affect my continuation in the selection process.
