Hatch is seeking to hire a **Junior Designer** to join our team in Santiago. This position offers the opportunity to participate in large-scale mining and industrial projects, developing civil engineering models and drawings. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in the development of models and drawings for civil and mining infrastructure projects. * Support the generation of deliverables related to earthworks, roads, site remediation, and topographic surfaces. * Develop technical documentation and engineering drawings in accordance with project standards. * Apply modeling and design tools to develop civil engineering solutions. * Coordinate activities and deliverables with designers, engineers, and other disciplines involved in the project. * Participate in review and quality control processes for models and technical documentation. **Qualifications and Experience** * Education in Drafting and Design, Technical Drafting, Construction Technology, BIM Technology, or related fields. * 0–2 years of experience in engineering design or modeling. * Knowledge of technical drawing, blueprint interpretation, and technical documentation generation. * Basic experience or knowledge of 3D modeling applied to engineering projects. * Interest in pursuing a technical career in design and modeling for mining and industrial projects. **Technical Skills** * Autodesk Civil 3D (basic level). * Generation and review of engineering drawings. * Basic 3D modeling. * Interpretation of technical documentation and design standards. **Desirable Skills** * Bentley OpenRoads Designer. * Bentley MicroStation. * Basic surveying. * Navisworks. * Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM environments. * Technical English.
