Job Summary: We are seeking a Drilling Controller to supervise drilling and borehole regularization activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety in mining operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational supervisor of drilling control and borehole regularization 2. Supervision of core recovery and condition, and equipment positioning 3. Monitoring of safety and environmental protection protocols **A leading mining company is currently seeking a Drilling Controller for the Cerro Colorado site.** You will be operationally responsible for all activities carried out by the contractor regarding drilling control and borehole regularization. The methodology implemented by the contractor must comply with current standards set forth by GDDN. Full supervision coverage (100%) of the drilling campaign must be ensured. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree (TNS) in Geology, Mining, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in services similar to those described herein. * Experience in mining. * Class B driver's license with at least 2 years of validity (mandatory requirement). * Residence in Iquique. **Responsibilities:** * Quality Control: Supervise core or sample recovery and condition. * Positioning: Verify inclination (using inclinometer) and azimuth of drilling equipment before and during drilling. * Data Recording: Maintain logs of meters drilled, downtime, and machine operating hours. * Safety and Environment: Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental protection protocols. **Contractual Conditions:** * Net salary: $1\.300\.000\. * Shift schedule: 8x6\.
