Newrest, a leading multinational company in food services and gastronomic operations, is seeking a **Shift Supervisor** to join our team located at **Cerro El Plomo 6000**. **Location:** Cerro El Plomo – Las Condes **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 07:30–17:30 / Friday 07:30–16:30 **Net Salary:** $670\.000 net **Employment Type:** Fixed shift (day shift) **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Operational supervision of the service (in floors, corners, assigned service points, and others) * Performing administrative control tasks related to personnel management (personnel files, documentation, and internal control) * Entering information into various platforms. * Supporting cashier operations during peak-demand hours (primarily lunchtime). * Managing building access requests. * Daily inventory control for cafeterias and assigned areas. * Supervising quality, safety, and operational compliance standards. * Conducting **5-minute safety talks** and reinforcing self-care practices. * Performing ancillary tasks within the area, as directed by the supervisor or according to specific operational needs related to the primary function. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical training in **Business Administration** or related fields. * Preferred experience of **1 year** in supervisory or operational coordination roles. * Proficiency in management platforms, email, Excel, and Word. * Leadership skills, effective communication, organization, and strong time management. **Benefits** -------------- * Meals provided at the company cafeteria. * Full corporate uniform. * Career development opportunities within an internationally present company. * A dynamic work environment focused on service quality and safety. **Diversity and Inclusion** -------------------------- At Newrest Chile, we value diversity and promote equal opportunities.
