What are we looking for? A Shift Supervisor – Flight Operations who can efficiently coordinate and supervise all ground handling activities related to aircraft operations—from planning through flight monitoring—ensuring safe and timely dispatches. Requirements: \- Technical education (e.g., Business Administration, Flight Operations Supervisor, Tourism, etc.) or degrees in Logistics Engineering or Business Administration. \- Valid aeronautical license (EOV / OCE) (mandatory). \- Prior experience in flight dispatch and coordination of air operations, wing-line operations, and/or Ramp supervision. \- Availability for full rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night) (mandatory). \- Immediate availability. Responsibilities: \- Lead the Operations Agents team per shift (COT, OCE, EOV, CDA, ALA, AIC, etc.), complying with each client airline’s operational standards, primarily focusing on safety, service quality, and punctuality. \- Ensure Operations Agents coverage during the assigned shift and for the next 24–72 hours in case of contingencies. \- Assume an empowered role in problem-solving during contingency situations, while interacting with various internal departments as well as customers and aeronautical authorities. \- The Shift Supervisor – Flight Operations must be a professional with proven experience in logistics and aviation sectors, possessing both administrative and operational multifunctionality.
