We are currently seeking a **Quality Department Manager UT** to join our team in **Lampa** (we provide shuttle buses). Position Mission Lead the Quality area, ensuring visibility of developments, requests, and department progress. Your role will be to guarantee satisfaction for internal and external clients, promoting operational efficiency, reducing response times, and actively participating in company processes. Additionally, you must visit construction sites to present tests, trials, and tolerances according to current regulations. ✅ Main Responsibilities * Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring strategic management focused on continuous improvement. * Design and update area procedures and protocols, strengthening each process. * Train internal and external clients on quality testing, regulations, and permitted tolerances. * Keep quality laboratories updated and equipped according to regulations. * Manage and maintain product certifications up to date with the corresponding organizations. * Perform monthly area analyses and reports, identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing team efficiency. Working Hours **Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs**, with a 60-minute break. Work mode: **On-site**.
