At Swissport, we are guided by our core values of Show You Care, Do the Right Thing, and Win as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals who align with these values to join our team in various locations around the world. **Job Summary** Provide all required and necessary services to passengers and customers. **Your responsibilities** * Comply with and enforce regulations imposed by the Civil Aviation Authority, Concession NP, and Swissport. * Know and apply SWP and airline Operational and Emergency Procedures. * Maintain a valid airport credential, TICA N°5, and be qualified for jet bridge positions. * Accurately record and sign attendance at the beginning and end of each shift. * Master operations carried out in check-in, Lost & Found, and Ticketing. * Deliver materials required for arrivals and boarding gates according to customer needs. * Greet passengers cordially, maintain eye contact, and always with a smile. * Perform the following functions within operations: * Carry out any required tasks (Check-in, Lost & Found, and Ticketing). * Ensure the highest level of efficiency in performing duties. * Possess all necessary technical qualifications and competencies for job performance. * Ensure strict compliance with all operational, safety, and quality standards defined by the company, clients, and relevant authorities. * Efficiently communicate flight-related information. * Ensure compliance with internal Hygiene and Safety regulations. * Guarantee ongoing technical training for personnel under your supervision. * Stay updated on procedures from each client and Swissport. * Stay updated on procedures from each client and the company. * Coordinate with training departments to ensure all necessary training for high performance of supervised staff. * Attendance Recordkeeping. * Keep workplace, company facilities, and assigned equipment clean and orderly. * Efficiently communicate operational information to the Flight Supervisor and/or Supervisor. * Be available in unexpected situations. Support various roles when qualified (flight delays and/or complex operations). * Execute assigned tasks achieving high-quality results. * Maintain proper personal appearance upon starting work shifts (e.g., shaved, groomed hair, makeup, clean and pressed uniform). * Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with requirements according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. **Your profile** * Technical degree in tourism or related field. * Computer literacy. * Knowledge of airline systems. * Achieve a minimum of 80% pass rate in trainings provided by SWP and clients. * English proficiency; another language is desirable. * Proactive, responsible, honest, organized, committed, and able to work under pressure and in a team. **What we offer** * Transportation based on conditions at each airport. * Uniforms. * Life insurance. * Compensation fund benefits.
