A financial institution focused on delivering premium services to retirees in our country is seeking a **Junior IT Project Manager** for its development and continuity area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support IT project activities to ensure operations align with standards defined by the cooperative. * Support the progress of projects from various cooperative departments and vendors to achieve portfolio delivery. * Evaluate technological solutions to improve cooperative departments. * Experience using project management methodologies for predictive or incremental models. * Support management of project-assigned resources, generating appropriate alerts. * Generate improvement proposals and identify opportunities to implement best practices for projects and IT continuity, and execute them. * Possess autonomy and coordination skills to manage initiatives across internal cooperative departments. * Goal-oriented, adaptable to change processes, and capable of delivering periodic progress reports on projects. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar functions. * Advanced knowledge of Jira (Mandatory): workflow construction and design, automation, integration with other tools such as Power BI and Power Automate; creation and management of dashboards, schedules, project portfolios, and configuration of projects managed by the team or company. * Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); intermediate knowledge of Confluence and Power BI. **Offered:** * 40-hour in-person workweek. * Fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by indefinite contract based on performance. * Offices located in Providencia. * Direct employment with the company. * Annual IPC adjustment, prorated according to start date. * Half-day off on birthday. * Bonuses for national holidays, Christmas, and traditional celebrations. * Flexible working hours for personal errands. * Affiliation with Compensation Fund.
