Ensure timely delivery of assigned services with established standards of quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety as defined by the company and HR Management directives, while making rational use of allocated resources. **Job Functions:** * Attend to internal personnel regarding their various requests (e.g., salary settlements, copies of employment contracts and contract annexes, forms for various applications, seniority certificates, etc.). * Answer without exception all calls made by workers to the telephone number designated by the company. * Receive, report, and follow up on all medical leaves for the project, loan requests, advances, rents, overtime hours, family allowance regularization, vacations, compensation funds, etc., and initiate corresponding procedures where applicable. * Conduct weekly meetings with field personnel and/or site visits (listen to personnel concerns, provide information on agreements, benefits, activities, etc.). * Coordinate logistical arrangements for personnel maintenance at sites (staff assignment, buses, transportation, camps, etc.). * Advise and guide Contract Administrators, Superintendents, and supervisors (chain of command) on proper application of current labor laws, policies, and departmental procedures. * Prepare weekly operational management reports for internal and external use. * Coordinate and communicate all training courses conducted at sites and provide necessary logistical support for their implementation, in collaboration with the Head of Development, Welfare and Communications and the Training Coordinator. Manage attendance lists and related evidence. * Perform administrative tasks within the department, such as: maintaining the attendance register, issuing HR reports, managing personnel files for the site both physically and in the assigned technological system. * Keep client systems updated, e.g., Work Control, Workmate, etc. * Assist and cooperate with internal and external auditors, Labor Inspection, HSEC, and other entities mandated by the client. * Generate and monitor requisition statuses (vacancies), ensuring AS SOLD staffing control and obtaining all required V\*B\* for the site as applicable. * Carry out recruitment, selection, and hiring processes according to pending requisitions in the Portal. * Notify the site entry date of new workers, when applicable. * Deliver salary settlements and obtain worker signatures to comply with current legal regulations. * Provide necessary information to process payroll settlements associated with month-end closings, including all supporting documents and traceable evidence, within established deadlines. * Consolidate and monitor contract expiration dates and inform the supervisory chain for respective evaluation regarding potential contract renewal. * Prepare contract annexes specific to the site, whether for fixed-term renewals, salary adjustments, or site transfers, obtaining signatures from HR Management and the worker. * Monitor expiration dates of medical examinations, contract annexes, safety training courses, driver’s licenses, and national ID cards to maintain updated client and company systems. * Monitor expiration dates of medical examinations; schedule appointments at least one month in advance, notify workers, and follow up until examination results are obtained, to update client and company systems. * Generate corresponding reports for each HR Management department head to consolidate monthly performance indicators. * Submit monthly reports on requisitions, personnel transfers, salary adjustments, and promotions to designated recipients upon HR Management request. * Formally report and inform HR Management of any incidents occurring either within or outside the legal framework that may impact stakeholders. * Maintain up-to-date and disseminate benefits negotiated by the company with third parties for its employees. E.g., Compensation Fund (C de C), bank loans, gym memberships, etc. * Perform other duties inherent to or associated with the position as assigned by direct supervision. **Requirements:** * Education: University graduate or Technical Professional with a minimum of eight semesters, specializing in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or a closely related field from a Professional Institute or University. * Experience: Two years in similar positions within mining or industrial companies. * Class B driver’s license * Physical condition compatible with the position **Offered Conditions:** * Work schedule: 4x3 rotation * Direct employment contract with the company * Salary commensurate with market standards
