The primary objective of this position is to oversee daily operations, optimize team performance, and ensure a top-tier customer experience that consistently achieves the company’s profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Supervise overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards, smooth cash handling processes, and proper store replenishment. * **Monitoring and Control:** Track achievement of monthly sales targets, manage periodic inventory counts, and audit key performance indicators (KPIs) at the point of sale. * **Coordination:** Lead, train, and motivate the branch’s sales team, manage shift schedules, and foster a collaborative work environment. * **Reporting:** Consolidate and interpret sales reports, operational cost analyses, and staff performance metrics for presentation to Retail Management. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years in retail store management, branch leadership, or point-of-sale leadership roles in retail. * **Tools / Licenses:** Proficiency in retail ERP/POS systems, inventory control tools, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel. * **Residency:** Willingness to work on-site at Isidora Goyenechea, Las Condes. **Terms and Benefits** * Monthly net remuneration of $3\.550\.000 CLP. * Direct employment contract with UAE Safari World SpA. * Opportunity to join a growing company located in an exclusive commercial and corporate hub with excellent connectivity.
