We continuously seek innovation and ongoing improvement across all our operations. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of **Appraisal Manager**, responsible for leading and coordinating the appraisal department, ensuring that all technical, operational, and control processes meet the company's established standards for quality, delivery timelines, and confidentiality. This role is key in supervising the team of appraisers and supervisors, managing relationships with institutional clients, and driving continuous improvement in technical and administrative procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the complete appraisal process at a national level. * Ensure technical quality and adherence to report delivery deadlines. * Lead coordination with institutional clients, banks, and public agencies. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and management control reports. * Propose and implement technical and operational improvements in appraisal processes. * Supervise and support the team of appraisers and supervisors in applying internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience leading real estate appraisal teams. * Desirable experience in financial sector companies or appraisal consulting firms. * Proficiency in digital management and control tools. **Working Conditions:** Fixed-term contract for 3 months, extendable to indefinite based on performance. Salary offered: Monthly net salary depending on experience, plus a semi-annual bonus (one additional net monthly salary per semester) based on goal achievement. Workweek of 44 hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:45, Friday from 08:30 to 16:30. Lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 15:00 (depending on shifts). Availability to work in a hybrid format: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
