In this opportunity, we are looking for a **WMS Specialist** for our company. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** Assign and prepare design, analysis, configuration, and implementation activities for systems related to business area initiatives concerning store processes, supervising and ensuring correct execution and implementation. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Collaborate with the organization’s business areas to identify needs, customize and configure the system, provide functional technical support and user training, manage initiatives, and implement evolutionary and corrective improvements. * Develop and assign business requirements associated with specific retail processes. * Evaluate and verify operational processes or business initiatives responding to a business need, which may involve launching a project, assessing effort and resources required to achieve the objective. * Provide functional technical support and user training. * Address business-area incidents related to IT by coordinating with various internal and external IT stakeholders. * Prepare and document the steps required to deploy various business requirements into the production system. * Participate in system maintenance processes such as DRP or upgrades. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Engineering in Execution, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail. * Certification in specific SAP WMS or SAP EWM modules. * Knowledge of the Retail industry on SAP S4/HANA. * Familiarity with retail-oriented software such as SAP MM/SD, WMS, and EWM. * Ability to manage and coordinate project activities and teams. *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion.
