Coordinate technical teams, contractors, and specialized suppliers. **Job Description:** We are seeking an **Underground Project Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and control of underground infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, adherence to deadlines, and financial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead underground projects from planning through final delivery. * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks. * Coordinate technical teams, contractors, and specialized suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulatory standards. * Supervise operational progress and resolve technical project challenges. * Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management. * Implement improvements in project execution and management processes. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction, or a related field. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, safety, and risk management. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). * Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
