Their role facilitates coordination among teams, resource control and efficiency in construction processes. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Prepare and control materials required for the project. * Review and update drawings and technical documents. * Support field supervision and compliance with safety standards. * Record project progress in internal systems. * Coordinate supplies and services with suppliers and subcontractors. **General Functions** ----------------------- * Maintain order and safety in work areas. * Control basic inventories and report shortages. * Support internal logistics of equipment and supplies. * Participate in operational meetings with relevant information. * Comply with occupational risk prevention regulations. **Specific Functions of the Area (Production)** ----------------------------------------------- * Review technical specifications of materials. * Participate in daily planning and ensure availability of resources. * Collaborate in quality tests and controls. * Record consumption and waste. * Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment operability. **Specific Functions of the Position** ----------------------------------- * Update technical databases. * Manage quality documentation. * Support technical reporting. * Monitor deadlines for assigned tasks. * Provide basic support in installation and assembly. **Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------- ### **Education** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in construction or civil works is desirable. ### **Computer Skills** * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable. * Familiarity with ERP systems. ### **Certifications** * Occupational Risk Prevention course (mandatory). * First Aid and safe tool handling (desirable). ### **Technical Competencies** * Blueprint interpretation. * Basic quality control. * Technical document management. ### **Experience** * 1–2 years in construction, civil works or industrial assembly. * Experience in technical and logistical support on site. **Seize the challenge.
