If you are passionate about technology and industrial automation, and seek a dynamic challenge involving remote support and fieldwork in industry (including the aquaculture sector), this opportunity is for you! ### **What Will Be Your Primary Mission?** You will be responsible for handling inquiries, incidents, and technical requests related to automation and control systems. You will provide first-level remote support, on-site diagnostics, daily system monitoring, and continuous technical coordination with clients and internal departments. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Support \& Diagnostics:** Provide remote and on-site support for incidents involving software, hardware, instrumentation, and control systems. * **Proactive Monitoring:** Perform daily review and logging of assigned communication/monitoring systems to prevent failures. * **Fieldwork:** Participate in planning, technical visits, installations, updates (firmware/software), and sensor calibration. * **Documentation \& Training:** Record solutions in the knowledge base and deliver technical training to customers and internal staff. * **Management \& Coordination:** Prepare technical reports supported by photographic evidence and coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Workshop teams to ensure service continuity. ### **Job Requirements** Job Requirements: Education: Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in industrial automation systems. Sector: Prior experience in the aquaculture sector (marine centers and/or fish farms). Knowledge: Fault diagnosis in electrical/electronic systems, instrumentation, and remote access tools. Conditions: Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel to field sites.
