Integrate **short-/medium-term planning**, **resource management** (crews, equipment, materials), and **progress control**, in compliance with **OGUC, DS 594, Law 16\.744**, and Ferrovial standards for **HSE/SSOMA, quality, and productivity**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Plan and execute** the integrated lookahead (weekly/biweekly) aligned with the master schedule. * **Optimize resources** (crews/equipment/materials), logistics, and **permits\-to\-work** to eliminate bottlenecks. * **Monitor performance metrics** (m³, m², HH, equipment-hours) and implement **corrective actions**. * **Ensure regulatory compliance** (OGUC, DS 594, Law 16\.744), collective protections, and PPE. **Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------- * **Education:** Civil Constructor, Construction Engineer **or** Higher Technical Diploma in Construction **with proven production experience** in civil works. * **Experience:** **5 years** of **production supervision experience** in infrastructure (roadways/metro/tunnels/complex structures). **Certifications** ------------------- * **Mandatory per risk profile:** Working at Height, Confined Spaces, **LOTO**, First Aid, Rigger/Signalman (if applicable), **Class B License**. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** ---------------------------------------- * **Lookahead planning** and constraint management. * **Performance and productivity** (HH, equipment-hours). * **Drawing/EETT interpretation**, quantity take-offs, and operational measurement. * **Subcontractor and logistics management**. * **Quality** (ITP, testing, NC) and applied **HSE/SSOMA**. * Operational leadership, **interdisciplinary coordination**, data analysis, executive communication, **documentary order**, and **preventive discipline**. **Required Experience** ------------------------- * **Minimum 5 years** leading production in complex civil works (ideal: **tunnels, stations, urban works**). * Chilean market: Supervisory roles typically require **3–5\+ years**; for metro/high-complexity projects, **5–7 years** is recommended. **Seize the challenge.
