Job Summary: A prominent waste collection company is seeking a Supervisor to control management systems, analyze data, schedule tasks, and supervise plan and personnel compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for controlling management systems and processes. 2. Analyzes data for improvements and executes daily/weekly/monthly scheduling. 3. Supervises compliance with maintenance plans and staff assistance. A leading waste collection company urgently requires a SUPERVISOR. Mandatory requirement: Valid Class B driver's license. Key responsibilities include: * Responsible for controlling the management system defined for their area or performance process, which may consist of computer programs or applications, Gantt charts, task calendars, budgets, or other tools established by the organization. * Responsible for analyzing data from the assigned process and implementing necessary improvements upon detecting deviations. * Prepares daily/weekly/monthly scheduling for executing processes under their responsibility, following instructions and formats provided by their direct supervisor. Implements corrective actions and contingency plans in case of non-compliance. * Conducts all inspections of materials, supplies, spare parts, measurements, and other items required for proper execution of assigned tasks or those under their responsibility. * Prepares scheduling documents and control records under their responsibility, such as route sheets, work orders, material requisitions, etc. * Controls auxiliary tasks as determined by their direct supervisor. * Ensures compliance with the maintenance plan for equipment under their responsibility, reporting deviations and coordinating equipment shutdowns appropriately with internal counterparts. * Prepares and submits progress reports for the project, area, or process to the chain of command. * Executes disciplinary action procedures for violations of safety rules and regulations. * Supervises accurate attendance recording of personnel under their supervision using established systems for their area; these systems may be manual or digital, covering absences, medical leaves, permits, and other categories.
