Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fill the role of **Supervisor**, who will be responsible for supervising inventory logistics activities, warehouse operations, and documentation administration for incoming, outgoing, and invoicing documents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise warehouse management, including safety activities and personnel operations under direct responsibility. Work with logistics operational indicators, SBSC or RIS, budget management, and billing. * Maintain continuous control over Finning’s or its customers’ management and operational system processes (SAP, SIS, Elipse, or other systems), GAP surveys, inventory accuracy, contaminant control, and safety management systems. * Supervise and actively participate in Safety Balance Scorecard activities and action plans, as well as Finning’s and client’s safety policies at mining sites. * Coordinate meetings with department heads or peer departments of clients under mining contracts, or related departments under Finning contracts at mining sites. * Participate in developing budgets for warehouses under responsibility and manage their execution. Control AOP and warehouse forecasting. * Manage reports and statistical operational indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, service level, productivity, Swip, backlog completion, E&F level, among others. * Direct supervision of contaminant control methodology implementation both in the warehouse and in the hose workshop. * Organize necessary training for personnel to ensure continuous operation at required service quality levels and provide appropriate responses to customer needs. **Application Requirements:** Technical/Professional with knowledge in logistics administration and operations, distribution centers, or 5 years of experience in this field. Knowledge of storage, inventory, and distribution processes. Familiarity with SAP spare parts modules (Finning) and other systems used by clients (e.g., Elipse, J.D. Edwards, etc.).
