Main Responsibilities * Supervision and coordination of on-site work. * Organization and management of work teams. * Planning and monitoring of daily tasks. * Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards on site. * Coordination with the Site Manager and support in material and resource management. * Resolution of incidents and supervision of proper work execution. Requirements * Minimum **5 years** of experience as a **Site Manager**. * Experience in **residential construction** and other types of building projects. * Ability to coordinate teams and organize on-site work. * Education related to the construction industry (preferred). * Willingness to relocate to **Ontinyent, Valencia (Spain)**. Offer * Permanent contract. * Approximate net monthly salary between 2\.100 € and 2\.200 €, including allowances and travel time compensation. * Accommodation covered for the first 3 months. * Family health insurance. * Work location: Ontinyent, Valencia, Spain.
