Investigate deviations and ensure regulatory compliance About the Role At Ghadeer Industrial Solutions SpA, we are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead and strengthen quality assurance and quality control processes across our industrial operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising compliance with technical standards, implementing continuous improvement actions, investigating deviations, and ensuring that products, processes, and services meet applicable internal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. This position requires experience in industrial environments, analytical capability, technical leadership, and a strong focus on failure prevention and process optimization. Key Responsibilities **Quality Management System:** Maintain, update, and improve procedures, work instructions, records, and controls associated with the quality management system. **Process Control:** Supervise compliance with technical specifications during production, maintenance, material receipt, and service delivery stages. **Internal Audits:** Plan and conduct quality audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective action plans. **Deviation Investigation:** Analyze nonconformities, customer complaints, process failures, and out-of-specification results using root cause analysis methodologies. **Corrective and Preventive Actions:** Design, implement, and verify the effectiveness of measures intended to prevent recurrence of quality issues. **Supplier Management:** Evaluate supplier performance, review technical documentation, and coordinate actions regarding materials or services failing to meet established requirements. **Performance Indicators:** Prepare and analyze reports related to defects, rework, quality costs, audit compliance, and process performance. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to reduce failures, optimize controls, improve traceability, and increase operational efficiency. **Technical Support:** Provide guidance to production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, and procurement departments on quality-related matters. **Training:** Develop internal training activities on procedures, quality standards, document control, and nonconformance prevention. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, process engineering, or continuous improvement within industrial environments. **Education:** Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. **Management Systems:** Practical knowledge of quality management systems and experience participating in internal or external audits. **Quality Tools:** Proficiency in root cause analysis, risk analysis, control plans, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret indicators, identify trends, and prepare technical reports to support decision-making. **Document Management:** Experience in developing, reviewing, and controlling procedures, work instructions, records, and technical specifications. **Technical Leadership:** Ability to coordinate quality initiatives, guide operational teams, and present recommendations to management. **Personal Competencies:** Organization, technical judgment, attention to detail, effective communication, and results orientation.
