We seek individuals with strong analytical thinking, results orientation, and the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams, delivering innovative solutions that generate business value. **Key Responsibilities** Lead business process elicitation, analysis, and redesign. Design and document processes using BPM methodologies and BPMN 2\.0 notation. Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Lead process automation initiatives using RPA, DPA, PPM, or other technologies. Design KPIs and dashboards for process monitoring and decision-making. Collaborate with business units to identify needs and propose high-impact solutions. Participate in digital transformation projects and integration of new technologies. Apply Artificial Intelligence tools (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and other AI solutions) to optimize processes and support decision-making. Present analyses, proposals, and results to various organizational levels. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, or related field. Between **3 and more than 5 years of experience** as a Process Engineer. Proven experience in business process elicitation, analysis, and optimization. Knowledge of BPM, BPMN 2\.0, and process-based management. Proficiency in Lean methodologies; Six Sigma knowledge is desirable. Experience with automation tools (RPA, DPA, PPM, or similar). Experience creating dashboards and KPIs (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other tools). Demonstrable competencies in applying Artificial Intelligence tools to business processes.
