The primary initiative will be continuing an AWS account redesign based on the principle of least privilege and identity federation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage roles, policies, and trust relationships in IAM, Identity Center, and identity federation with IdP via SAML/SCIM. - Lead a multi-account architecture, least-privilege access, and Service Control Policies. - Manage auditing and controls using CloudTrail, Access Analyzer, and alerts for critical changes. - Manage VPC, Transit Gateway, routing, DNS, security groups, secrets, and AWS costs. - Manage infrastructure-as-code and coordinate OIDC roles in GitHub Actions for platform deployment access. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years operating production AWS environments and handling real-world workloads at daily scale. - In-depth experience with IAM, identity federation, multi-account governance, AWS networking, and Secrets Manager. - Proficiency in CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform, plus Python for automation. - Regular use of AI-assisted programming tools. - Advanced English proficiency and rigor in access control and secure change management. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with EKS/Kubernetes or ECS, FinOps, CloudWatch/Grafana, AI guardrails, and software supply chain security. Work Mode and Environment: Remote position with high autonomy, integrated into a distributed team across Santiago and the United States. AWS certifications are complementary but do not substitute hands-on experience.
