Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to improve both decision-making processes and project execution through your work. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Their most common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate or site personnel’s activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters; etc. Candidate Requirements Main Responsibilities: * Technical management of the project’s BMS system. * Integration of building systems into the BMS platform. * Coordination with engineering and construction disciplines. * Technical supervision of the BMS integrator. * Management and validation of communication protocols and system architecture. * Coordination of functional testing, commissioning, and startup. * Review and validation of BMS system technical documentation. * Control and monitoring of critical variables in hospital buildings. Requirements: * University degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Civil Engineering, Industrial Control Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in BMS implementation or integration. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in complex or hospital building projects. * Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, or others). * Knowledge and experience in hospital HVAC systems, including temperature, humidity, and air quality control in critical areas. * Availability to work 100% on-site in La Serena, Chile. *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2023, 2024, and 2025 certification in Chile, recognizing the Company as one of the best employers.
