Job Summary: This role supports Primary Production Reliability operations to ensure operational excellence and manage process safety, pipeline integrity, and equipment reliability. Key Highlights: 1. To achieve the above, this position aims to support LI’s Primary Production Reliability operations to ensure operational excellence is attained, assuming specific functions defined by Industrial and Operational Management Systems (SGI & SGO), including those related to Food Safety and Pharmaceutical processes assigned to this role, properly executing activities attributed to these functions as defined in the documents establishing these systems, while also supporting Colombia and Mexico. This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role as part of a high-impact team! **What responsibilities will you hold?** * Ensure process safety risks are mapped, conduct conformity audits, and monitor execution of action plans to *close the loop*. * Ensure pipeline vulnerability management, acting as *sponsor* of Pipeline Integrity Management (PIM) and conducting audits. * Ensure equipment reliability and availability, participating in vulnerability studies and updating action plans. * Manage failures and incidents by performing root cause analysis (RCA) and leveraging experience (*Reliability Moment*). * Manage spare parts by mapping critical and capital components. * Present results related to availability KPIs, RCA, and costs using systems such as Power BI or Intelex. **________________________________________________________________** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- * Academic background in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Civil Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Primary Production. * Intermediate English (*required for communication when needed*), as you will interact with reliability engineers and specialists from other clusters. #LI-BV1 **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
