Job Summary: The Receptionist will provide a warm welcome and dedicated service to visitors in the main lobby of a corporate building, managing visitor registration and supporting emergency procedures. Attend to and receive suppliers, visitors, and staff **Receptionist Location:** Providencia, Santiago. **About the Role:** As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors arriving at the building through dedicated and friendly service in the main lobby of a corporate building. What You’ll Do: Attend to building visitors and manage their registration accordingly Contact each reception point to confirm visitor access. Support evacuation procedures during emergencies by guiding users to designated safety zones according to established protocols. Attend to and receive suppliers, visitors, and staff, ensuring appropriate routing to their respective departments. Efficiently resolve access-related issues per established protocols. Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control and entry. Handle requests from building users Maintain smooth communication with building operational teams Support front-desk administrative tasks **What You’ll Need:** Technical degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field\* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, performing reception, visitor orientation, and in-person service functions.
