End\-to\-End Quality Assurance: You will lead functional testing for the Dynamics 365 Customer Service application, validating complex business flows and ensuring each user story meets the highest quality standards. Automation and Integration: You will design and execute automated regressions (UI/API) using modern tools, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to optimize delivery cycles. Strategic Management: You will closely collaborate with the QA Tech Lead on test strategy design, support UAT testing with business users, and proactively and analytically manage the defect lifecycle. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Senior experience (\+5 years) in functional QA and automation for enterprise projects (CRM or Customer Service platforms). Solid technical knowledge in: UI automation (Playwright, Cypress or Selenium), API automation (Postman, REST Assured), and programming languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript. Proficiency in management tools: Jira, Xray/Zephyr/TestRail, and version control with Git. Experience validating complex business rules and omnichannel flows. Desirable: ISTQB certification and prior experience with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
