About the Role **McRays Professional and Industrial Services** is seeking a **Mine Ventilation Engineer** with experience and motivation to join our team in **Antofagasta**. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing ventilation systems used in mining operations, ensuring appropriate air quality, temperature, airflow, and safety conditions for personnel and production processes.
