High capacity for self-management A leading industrial company is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for contract control and management, including timely and accurate submission of Service Payment Statements. * Responsible for generating reports, management reports, indicators, and reviewing financial performance. * Responsible for delivering contractual documentation related to maintenance services. * Responsible for planning and ensuring execution of all scheduled activities for preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Represents the company before clients and any other required entities on technical, administrative, and contractual matters related to the contract. Required Profile: • Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or equivalent degree. • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in industrial maintenance. • Experience leading high-performance work teams. • Technical/administrative professional with strong leadership and customer relationship skills, empowered, highly self-managed, experienced in industrial maintenance, deeply committed, with strong sense of belonging to the companies where employed, and possessing communication and negotiation skills. \- Experience with industrial networks \- Experience with automated systems. \- Class B driver's license Desirable: • ISO certification and knowledge of Quality Standards, Management Systems, Hygiene and Safety.
