**Main Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the proper execution of maintenance contracts related to operational processes.
* Act as technical contract manager, overseeing payment status, progress reports, and performance tracking.
* Monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Supervise and inspect maintenance contracts for sanitary infrastructure in the Antofagasta Region.
* Coordinate repairs of large-diameter pipelines and manifolds both within and outside the city.
* Lead solutions for contingencies and emergencies related to infrastructure.
* Manage tendering processes and execution of works outside active contracts.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate programs for both internal staff and partner companies.
* Prepare technical, operational, and financial control reports for contracts.

* Professional degree in **Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field**.
* Minimum **2 years of experience in similar positions**, technical inspection, or contract administration.
* Valid **Class B driver’s license**.
* Residence in **Antofagasta**.
* Knowledge of project management, sanitary regulations, contract administration, technical drawing interpretation, and computerized management systems.
