Job Objective
Ensure and control adherence to the production plan and departmental management indicators through effective supervision of work teams, efficient administration of allocated resources, and compliance with the company's established standards for quality, food safety, environment, and occupational health and safety. Key Responsibilities
Organize daily work activities of the team according to operational needs and departmental goals.
Supervise and monitor adherence to production schedules and management indicators.
Lead and coordinate personnel under supervision, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards.
Report contingencies, deviations, or anomalies related to personnel, processes, products, or equipment to management.
Conduct onboarding and training for new staff on procedures, quality, food safety, and risk prevention.
Efficiently manage productive resources, inputs, raw materials, and equipment.
Coordinate activities and requirements with internal departments related to operations.
Monitor environmental aspects associated with operations and promote efficient resource use.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to the Integrated Management System.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications
University-level Technical Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Agro-industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Experience
At least 2 years of experience leading work teams.
Experience in manufacturing companies, mass-consumption industries, or similar sectors. Required Knowledge
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
HACCP and critical control point management.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\.
Accident investigation.
Labor legislation and Law 16\.744\.
Quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety management.
Operational risk and emergency management. Desirable
Team leadership.
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification.
