Production planning and performance indicator control **Job Description** We are seeking a **Production Manager** to plan, coordinate, and supervise production operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and efficiency targets. The role plays a key part in team management and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, and goals. * Coordinate and lead work teams, organizing shifts, tasks, and resources according to operational needs. * Monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, and production target achievement indicators. * Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow. * Identify operational deviations and issues, implementing corrective actions and improvements. * Supervise the efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and non-productive time. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality protocols, and internal standards during operations. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Execution Engineering**, or related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in production, industrial operations, or manufacturing processes. * Experience leading teams and coordinating activities in industrial environments. * Knowledge of production planning, performance indicator control, and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in **Excel** and management systems or ERP software. * Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing, 5S**, and process optimization tools is desirable. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, effective communication, and results orientation.
