Development of skills in process analysis and tools. **Job Description** ---------------------- Support process management and improvement through process mapping, analysis, and documentation to optimize decision-making within the PMO Intern Profile The ideal candidate is a student pursuing Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or a related field, with interest in process management, continuous improvement, and organizational documentation. Main Responsibilities * Gather information from involved departments. * Document current and proposed processes. * Develop flowcharts. * Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Support standardization of formats, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and control criteria. * Consolidate information to facilitate PMO decision-making. Technical Requirements * Basic or intermediate knowledge of process documentation and flowcharting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Drawio, or similar is desirable.
