Ticket management, inventory tracking, and coordination for incident resolution. **Objective** Support the IT department in operational tasks including technical support, user assistance, equipment preparation, incident management, and administrative support related to systems, infrastructure, and technological asset control. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in addressing internal user requests. * Provide basic support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Perform initial installation and configuration of equipment. * Assist in installing corporate software. * Conduct basic network connectivity checks. * Log and track support tickets in the support platform. * Assist in maintaining the inventory of technological equipment. * Prepare, deliver, and receive user equipment. * Assist in documenting basic IT procedures. * Coordinate with users to resolve simple incidents. * Support administrative tasks within the IT department.
