




Job Summary: The Planner will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising operational plans for projects and assets, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards. The **Planner** will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of operational plans and strategies for projects and assets, ensuring efficient resource utilization, timely delivery, and alignment with internal policies, current regulations, and established quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop construction schedules and planning in coordination with the Site Manager or Supervisor, based on the Gantt chart provided by the client or principal. * Monitor planning progress, issuing early warnings regarding deviations and their impact on the critical path. * Develop, maintain, and monitor asset management planning using the corresponding corporate platform. * Manage corrective actions, ongoing follow-up, and regular reporting to area supervisors. * Participate in coordination meetings and verify alignment of on-site activities. * Generate management indicators, analyze them, and propose action plans. * Supervise compliance with safety, environmental, and current regulatory requirements. * Manage waste and promote sustainable practices. * Perform administrative and support tasks as required by operations. **Requirements** * Education: **Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience, preferably within construction or engineering firms. * Proficiency in ERP systems for asset management. * Knowledge of applicable regulations in the relevant field. * Intermediate-level Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). * Desired experience in electrical, industrial, or service projects. * Familiarity with ICONSTRUYE VISOR is desirable. * Experience in asset management and field-based project control. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and decision-making. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and influence. * Organization, leadership, and planning. * Digital literacy and conflict resolution skills. **Working Conditions** * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Central Office and field sites. * Employment Type: Initial fixed-term contract * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 6:20 pm. **Benefits** * Complementary health insurance * Meal allowance If you meet the requirements and seek a challenge within a leading company, **apply by submitting your updated CV.** At **Fleischmann Chile S.A.**, we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
