Responsibilities: * Lead the digital development team, establishing effective collaboration among the company, importers, and associated agencies. * Manage migrations, ensuring a successful transition from platforms such as WordPress to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Strengthen the customer journey by ensuring smoother and more engaging interactions—incorporating online stores, chatbots, 360° storefronts, and quotation tool integrations to enhance user experience. * Deliver technical maintenance training to importers, customizing content according to the specific needs of each market. * Monitor dashboards to analyze trends and generate short- and long-term learnings through weekly meetings to ensure KPI tracking and budget control. * Establish strategic conclusions regarding platforms and formats in collaboration with importers and their media teams. * Work on development, technology, and security across various digital platforms. * Collaborate to implement training and digitalization initiatives at our dealerships. * Collaborate effectively with each importer team, reviewing specific action items and ensuring alignment of our strategies with established objectives. * Plan targeted campaigns for Cyber Days (Cyber Day, Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.), closely collaborating with importer teams. This includes defining clear objectives, effectively segmenting audiences, and selecting digital channels based on local market dynamics. * Analyze competitors to identify best practices, emerging trends, and areas of opportunity.
