Job Purpose
**Execute and monitor HR administration and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, internal procedures, and the payroll schedule, to guarantee continuity, quality, and timeliness of people-related operations.**
Main Responsibilities
* Execute and monitor **HR administration and payroll processes**, in accordance with current labor regulations and internal procedures.
* Generate and manage **payroll disbursements**, advances, loans, severance settlements, and other related payroll processes.
* Coordinate and execute payments to **external entities and social security institutions**, ensuring fulfillment of established commitments.
* Manage the entry and processing of **earnings and deductions** in payroll systems.
* Address and advise internal clients and external entities on documentation, procedures, and labor-related information requests.
* Analyze and reconcile **payroll-related accounting accounts**, identify discrepancies, and manage corresponding adjustments.
* Support **internal and external labor inspections and audits**, providing required information and documentation.
* Prepare reports and indicators related to HR administration and payroll processes.
* Execute controls associated with **separation processes**, including severance simulations, notification letters, quotations, and related documentation.
* Timely manage process deviations or failures, proposing alternative solutions to ensure continuity.
* Coordinate and comply with the **monthly payroll calendar**, jointly with the service provider.

Requirements
**Education:**
* Professional or technical degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
**Experience:**
* Experience in **HR administration and/or payroll management**.
* Experience in payment processes, earnings and deductions, severance settlements, and social security contributions.
* Preferred experience in supporting labor inspections or audits.
**Knowledge:**
* Chilean labor legislation.
* Payroll and HR administration processes.
* Severance settlements and separation processes.
* Social security contributions.
* Proficiency in payroll/ERP systems.
* Excel and data analysis tools.
