Job Summary: We are seeking a Payments and Collections Analyst to manage financial control, credit risk assessment, and coordination of payments and collections at MT FOOD. Key Highlights: 1. Payments and Collections Analyst Do you have experience in collections, payments, and financial control? At MT FOOD, we are looking for a Payments and Collections Analyst to join our team and contribute to the accurate control of payments, collections, and customer management. Work Location: Pudahuel, Metropolitan Region. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30. Main Responsibilities Collections and Customer Management \- Conduct customer collections via phone calls, emails, and document delivery. \- Track accounts receivable and maintain communication to regularize payments. \- Coordinate collection actions with the commercial department as required. \- Send account statements and debt reports to customers. Risk and Credit Control \- Assess credit risk for new and existing customers. \- Coordinate with credit insurers for customer validation and coverage line verification. \- Monitor overdue invoices and manage customer blocks according to internal policies. \- Prepare reports on customers at risk of being blocked and support bad debt processes. Payment Management \- Review and validate invoices and supporting documentation. \- Manage payments to domestic and international suppliers. \- Verify fund availability and correct posting of payments to bank accounts. Requirements \- Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. \- Experience in roles related to payments, collections, or treasury. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- ERP experience (Odoo or other management system) is desirable. \- Organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
