The primary mission of this position is to ensure the organization's operational efficiency through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes, while keeping operational and contractual information up to date to guarantee excellent service to our customers and proper management of payment statuses. Key Responsibilities \&\#10004; Monitor and support achievement of operational objectives defined for each contract, in coordination with supervisors and department heads. \&\#10004; Analyze management, productivity, and cost indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and resource optimization. \&\#10004; Administer and control material, human, and financial resources associated with contracts, contributing to operational efficiency and profitability. \&\#10004; Conduct ongoing analysis and diagnostics of operational processes, proposing improvements that enhance service quality and reduce costs. \&\#10004; Plan, coordinate, and control activities related to the creation, assignment, monitoring, and closure of operational tasks. \&\#10004; Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications supporting the management and control of assigned contracts. \&\#10004; Participate in contingency planning and management, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with occupational safety standards. \&\#10004; Support implementation of new projects, systems, and processes by documenting procedures, instructions, and operational manuals. \&\#10004; Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and quality standards. \&\#10004; Perform other duties inherent to the position that contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
