Collaborative work environment **Alarm Monitoring Agent** **Location:** Providencia, Santiago **Company:** ADT Security Services ADT Security Services, a leader in electronic security solutions, is seeking to hire Alarm Monitoring Agents to join its monitoring center located in Providencia. The purpose of this position is to ensure proper management of alarm signals, guaranteeing timely and efficient response in compliance with established protocols. **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage signals received at the center, applying current operational procedures. * Execute response actions and coordination for alarm events, ensuring service continuity and customer safety. * Accurately and in real time record information in internal systems. **Working Conditions** * 45-hour weekly work schedule. * 100% on-site work mode. * Fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite contract based on performance. * Rotating shifts under 6x1 and 5x2 schedules, with entry times: + Morning: 06:30 / 07:00 hrs + Afternoon: 12:00 / 12:30 / 13:30 / 14:00 hrs + Night: 21:30 / 22:00 hrs * Corporate transportation available for shifts with entry or exit between 22:00 and 07:00 hrs. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service, either in-person or via telephone. * Basic PC proficiency. **Benefits** * Direct employment contract with ADT Security Services. * Job stability at a leading company in the sector. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and excellence-oriented work environment.
