The selected candidate will be responsible for performing clinical analyses, supporting research processes, and ensuring quality in diagnostic procedures. Main Responsibilities * **Clinical analysis**: Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry. * **Quality control**: Ensure the validity and reliability of results. * **Equipment management**: Operate and maintain diagnostic instruments. * **Applied research**: Participate in innovation projects in health and biotechnology. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with health protocols and biosafety standards. * **Interdisciplinary care**: Collaborate with physicians, pharmaceutical chemists, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements * Recognized **Medical Technologist** degree in Chile. * Valid registration with the **Superintendence of Health**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical laboratories or biomedical research. * Knowledge of molecular diagnostic techniques and clinical analysis. * Organizational skills, precision, and teamwork abilities.
